Certified by the Ministry of Sports, her training blends bag work, partner drills, and varied techniques to build strength, endurance, and conditioning in a precise, challenging, and safe format for all levels.
Adi Rotem
is a dancer and creator, teaching modern dance, movement, soft acrobatics, and handstands. Her work balances technique with freedom of movement, creating a supportive space for developing a strong, intelligent body. Her classes invite exploration, musicality, and shared practice through attentive and precise movement.
Noa Brofman
is specializing in handstands, skills, movement, flexibility, and contortion. Her work explores the connection between body, brain, and nervous system, using precise practice to build clarity, control, and physical freedom. Her training combines mobility, flexibility, strength, technique, and breath to support intelligent and sustainable progress.
Ranyana
is a boxing coach who came to the boxing field through a deep and meaningful connection. Boxing strengthened her both physically and mentally, shaping values of respect, consistency, and courage, alongside confidence and stability. Drawing from her personal experience, Miriam brings a supportive and grounded approach to training, aiming to pass on the tools, values, and strength that boxing has given her to anyone choosing to step into the sport.
Myriam Lahmi
is a breathwork and cold exposure guide who approaches the practice as a way of cultivating balance and inner calm between body and mind. The work became a practical tool for him during challenging periods, offering effective ways to cope with anxiety, sports injuries, and mental load. Today, he focuses on passing these tools on to others, integrating them with additional approaches from the field of psychotherapy through a grounded, applied, and experience-based practice.
Barak Zehavi
is a boxing coach with over a decade of experience. A multiple-time Israeli heavyweight champion, with competitive experience both in Israel and internationally. Over the years, he has developed a personal training method that combines conditioning, endurance, strength, and technique, aimed at delivering clear results through focused and precise work.
Arthur Abramov
is a classical boxing coach. Boxing played a transformative and grounding role in his life and became his way of working with both body and mind. He approaches boxing as more than a sport, using training as a practice of breath, focus, resilience, and inner strength. His sessions aim to sharpen the mind, strengthen the body, and cultivate confidence and calm that extend beyond the ring.
Yoel Eini
began boxing at the age of 12 and went on to compete as part of the Australian national team, representing his country internationally. Alongside his competitive career, he began coaching at an early age and trained under some of the world’s leading boxing coaches. Over the years, fighters he has coached have earned national and international titles, including one undisputed world champion. For Adam, coaching boxing is not just a profession, but a long-term commitment to the craft.
Adam Haddad
is a yoga and movement teacher for whom movement is an essential part of life. Coming from a competitive athletic background, yoga introduced a different approach: moving without goals or performance, simply for the sake of movement itself. Her teaching highlights how releasing outcomes allows the body to access strength, stability, and ease from a calm and grounded place. For Roni, yoga is a way of life that extends far beyond the mat.
Roni Strauss
has been practicing and teaching Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga for over a decade. With a background in acrobatics from an early age, movement has always been her primary language and home. Her teaching is grounded in a deep understanding of physical and internal organization, offering yoga as a steady, time-tested practice for connection, clarity, and self-inquiry.

is an Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga teacher with nearly six years of teaching experience and a background in dance. Her practice is light, fluid, and grounded, offering yoga as a space to release daily noise and reconnect inward. Through breath and movement, she creates classes that balance physical precision with ease, presence, and quiet strength.

Iftach Vardi
