Classes

BOX & BURN

Is a high-energy class built around boxing-based movement. A full-body workout combining bag work and HIIT, blending aerobic and anaerobic effort. Designed to be challenging yet accessible, and open to all fitness and skill levels.

BOXING BASICS

Introduces the core principles of boxing through focused drills and bag work. The class covers stance, punches, footwork, and defense, offering a clear technical foundation in a no-contact format. Suitable for all levels, with emphasis on precision, control, and form.

BOXING INTERMEDIATE

Builds on foundational boxing skills and introduces controlled partner work. The class focuses on timing, distance, and technique, and requires prior knowledge of basic boxing. Designed as a structured step toward sparring, with emphasis on control, safety, and precision.

MOVEMENT MARTIAL

Movement Martial draws on martial arts to develop strength, mobility, joint resilience, and rapid responsiveness. Through floor work and precise opening of the neck, shoulders, and spine, and a balance of solo and partner practice, it builds a body that moves efficiently and stays in control.
